I have been working at Telemundo full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

The best thing about working in Telemundo 48 is the people you work with. Most people are Hispanic, so it is a different atmosphere compare to other places I've worked at. You get a lot of free tickets for events and concerts. You also get to meet Hispanic TV personalities.

    Cons

Limited resource. Low wages. excessive work load compared to general market local TV stations.

    Advice to Management

Focus more on people and not the numbers.

    I worked at Telemundo full-time

    Pros

    Good health benefits, cheap cable

    Cons

This place is handled in a very informal way, lots of favoritism, little opportunity to growth unless you are friends with the big fishes.
Also they hire people without any experience, based on their looks, or connections.
