    Pros

    If you missed a day you can make the time up within the week. They do work with your schedule depends on how well your performing.

    Cons

    Favoritism and teleperformance itself only gives you 25 cent raise every year. I understand that it's third party but 25 cent a year to deal with all we have to. It cost more to hire people than to keep the good workers there . When you tell some one you work at teleperformance they give you that oh man you work there its embarrsing to mention but its a paycheck for now

    Be more professional management calls you at the house smaking with gum in there mouth set example

    The pay is good. But you have to ask for you raise once you reach the month/year mark

    Cons

    Can't assist the customer with the small amount of time given. Customer has serious issues from point of sale.

    Advice to Management

    Be consistent and stop charging metric all the time Give agent's time to reach a reachable goal.

    Pros

    Good employees, they are extremely helpful. You get hired really really fast. Great sense of independence while working and good opportunities to bonus.

    Cons

    Disorganized. The turn over rate is also really really high. Upper management sucks and they constantly give you the run around with issues that you have.

    I enjoy working within an call center environment. I appreciate the opportunities to advance within the company. There is an open door policy that makes you feel comfortable with expressing your concerns with the staff, pay, or faculty.

    Great job if you like talking on the phone 247 and sitting around. You can get a lot of overtime. This job is not that hard.There is bonuses and great benefits. Friendly environment sometimes. You can really build a career here if you want. Long as your stats are at goal you are good.

    Management is always on you, and watching. They tell lies to get you to do certain things. Their schedules suck.
