    Pros

    I enjoy working within an call center environment. I appreciate the opportunities to advance within the company. There is an open door policy that makes you feel comfortable with expressing your concerns with the staff, pay, or faculty.

    Cons

    There are a number of issues with pay ie. being paid on time and at the correct pay rate.

    Pros

    Great job if you like talking on the phone 247 and sitting around. You can get a lot of overtime. This job is not that hard.There is bonuses and great benefits. Friendly environment sometimes. You can really build a career here if you want. Long as your stats are at goal you are good.

    Cons

    Management is always on you, and watching. They tell lies to get you to do certain things. Their schedules suck.

    I worked at Teleperformance full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

    In the past there were a lot of team competitions..Not so much anymore.. At times unlimited overtime!!! BUrt who wants to be cursed out all day by customers???? This is a gig for ENTRY LEVEL ONLY

    Cons

    Teleperformance is a third company. The headquarters are out of France.LOWPAY....The Cap is 13 bucks.. So after I had been working there for 7 years I still only make 13.00..There is no sick leave at all..You have to work with them for 4 years before you can accumulate atleast 64 hrs benefit time

    Advice to Management

    Stop being so excited that you are the manager or supervisor at a call center,,, Being so lazy and nonchalant like you own the place until the TRUE lol Bosses pop up and now you looking crazy...

    Pros

    Decent pay, easy to bonus, plenty of overtime opportunities.

    Cons

    You really have to stay to yourself to make it here. The people including the supervisors and management are catty and are of no assistance. There is NO WAY for you to contact hr--No one you can email or call. No way your family can contact you while you're working in case of ANY kind of emergency. Any listed # for TP is not in service. They send communications about AGENTS committing fraud, but then management gets fired for promoting it. It's ridiculous! They show favoritism for promotions, they force you do accept a lateral promotion to do more work with NO pay increase. Terrible place.

    Accept offer but never stop looking for better.
