I worked at Telereal Trillium full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Good Salary + benefit scheme and nice office location

    Cons

I received the job offer after having my 1st and 2nd interview on the same day just hours apart. Handed in my notice at my current company and had worked 5 weeks of my notice period; then one week before I was due to start I received a call saying my job offer had been withdrawn. The company was not willing to speak to me as to why my offer was withdrawn. Absolute shambles; seemed badly run and poorly organised from the outset in my honest opionion. Disgraceful way to treat somebody and very unprofessional but onwards and upwards.

    Advice to Management

Consider decisions more carefully. You should not have recruited the position if five weeks later you felt like you didn't need the person just as they were about to start. Very unprofessional.

I worked at Telereal Trillium full-time (More than 10 years)

    Pros

Brilliant before Telereal (who Trillium created) took over in 2009. Fantastic CEO then.

    Cons

...then a healthy vibrant Board was taken over by a group of "yes men" from Telereal in 2009. Sycophants rose to the top. Telereal's myopic view meant the biggest client DWP did not renew the PRIME contract as good customer relations pre-Telereal were swapped for short term money oriented commercialism. Shame as use to be a excellent place to work.

    Advice to Management

Put your customer and staff first and the business will naturally be more profitable, sustainable, and a happier place to work.

    Pros

colleagues, good training opportunities, good work life balance, fun working environment, feels small enough for senior management to know your name, you are not just a number.

    Cons

Lack of leaders who pro-actively lead change and company improvements. Old school boys club leadership. Awful bonus scheme structure. Interest in Asset team only. Horrendous head office decor and old facilities.

    Advice to Management

Improve the painstaking timely approvals process
