    Pros

    Great managers. My boss was a very nice, understanding and helpful person.
    You can get VTO or PTO when it's not too busy in the call center.

    Cons

    Listening to customers' complaints all day long - but it's part of the job so you have to deal with it otherwise you can't work in customer service

    Advice to Management

    Give more attainable goals to employees especially CHT

    Great co-workers, learned a lot of good customer service skills, training is superior

    Cons

    Was there 10 years and never got a promotion. After 7 years my salary was capped with no notice. HR needs to be more human.

    Advice to Management

    Better HR people! We're people not robots!

    Love the people. Multiple clients on site.
    Kings Mountain location is easily accessed.

    Cons

    Lower pay scale due to area.

    Advice to Management

    Increase to base pay.
    More IT related clients.

    Pros

    It was good to receive health care benefits and some of the people there are very nice.

    Cons

    Under paid, low company moral, frequent changes in management, lack of trust in leadership, favoritism

    Pros

    Co-workers are the best reason to work here - if you get a good group. They can be entertaining while being committed and hard (enough) working. Some opportunity for lateral project movement. Management may listen to staff but fail to act.

    Cons

    Low pay for the work. Very little opportunity for vertical movement. Middle management can have favorites or be dictatorial. Absurd reliance on metrics.

    Advice to Management

    Realize that w/o competent CSR staff you have no job. Support staff, not upper management.

    Pros

    The job is easy- a trained monkey could work there.

    Cons

    You are only a number there. A warm body to perform their tasks and nothing else. You are treated as sub-human and your life means nothing to them- from needing to use the bathroom to having a death in the family. Metrics, metrics, metrics.

    Advice to Management

    Re-structure the human resources department to be more human and employee-minded.

    Pros

    The only plus to working here I only work Monday through Friday. Which isn't promised to anyone, I just lucked up.

    Cons

    Pay sucks, they expect a lot out of you, and your good work goes unnoticed.

    Advice to Management

    Fire them all and start from scratch.
