    Front Desk Katie always helpful!

    Cons

    Management Sucks and they lack standards. Contracts come and go. HR was great until Wilkes Barre was added. Annette was awesome. The frontline staff are uncouth or loud. Besides the parking lot had more hanky pinky going on than the local motels.

    Advice to Management

    Get Educated
    Set a Standard
    Follow the SOP, that is why they are there
    Drug test!!!

    Pros

    Overtime available if desired. Great hours and pay.

    Cons

    Had to quit due to religious views, they would not allow me to have a specific day off, wanted to do shift bids.

    Its a paycheck and benefits.

    Cons

    Wages are less than other similar contact centers in the area. Management cares more about the client and making outrageous promises to the client, than their employees or whether the employees have the proper resources to fulfill management's promises to the client.

    Benefits after 90 days. Good social environment with co-workers,

    Cons

    Lots of management turn over, Rude consumers , weird attendance policy, and some managers won't let you use the bathroom so you get dehydrated trying to not drink water.

    Pros

    Great supervisors. They really help to build a team experience.

    Cons

    Terrible upper management. Account supervisors, HR, and higher ups are terrible and make working there difficult. They lose numerous clients due to it and hard working people get laid off as a result.

    Advice to Management

    Start over - hire new management, especially HR.
