    Pros

The working environment is good, people are friendly, very welcome, a safe job, you won't get expelled from the company even you have a really bad performance

    Cons

People management is so bad, no training based on position after first placement. Sometimes the company's policies are sacrificing customers. Lack of audit and risk management control. Very unstructured job description, SOP documentation, etc.

    Advice to Management

I hope that the management should focus more on enhancing customers' experience rather than expanding customer base.
