Staff Discounts and some good co-workers.
Customer Advocacy promoted as a driving force, however the tools are not provided nor keep the "machinery" kept in order to do this. Its more box ticking by management. Long hours and being on call expected. Poor behaviour not dealt with. Used to be a great company. I hate to say it, but bring back some Yankee's!

Your staff are meant to be your greatest asset, Stop telling that and start treating them like that.
