    I worked at Telstra full-time

    Pros

Great pay and conditions. Flexible work/work from home. Mostly quality people and a solid culture.

    Cons

Still lots of red tape. Long-term employees are untouchable. Not a lot of career advancement opportunities.

    Advice to Management

Keep moving in the right direction as started by David Thodey (ex-CEO) who was the best thing for the business in a long time.

Get your teams talking, make it as easy as possible for them to communicate. The company is so big, to hit the internal goals you want to, there needs to be some big changes. It can be done!
