Mostly good culture, good benefits and management is usually very helpful. They have changed a fair bit over the years.

    Cons

Promotions are usually few and far between, the good thing is they promote internally but that can always be seen as a bad aspect for hiring.

    Advice to Management

Talented staff leave everyday, they should have the power to recommend staff for other departments/roles. This would keep your best staff where they belong and happy.

    Pros

One is able to change from PT to FT and vice versa quite easily. There is flexibility and the ability to work remotely as needed.
