    Pros

It is a shame that consolidation came to this company. Great innovation and audacious management made it something special.

    Cons

I left prior to the change over in management but the feedback I received from colleagues was disappointing. I guess this is really a microcosm of the industry.

    Advice to Management

Focus on customers and employees. They are the life blood of all good companies and this approach creates a winning culture. This is what you should value most.

    Pros

    Selling a well recognised brand
    Selling great products/services
Enjoy dealing directly with customers, providing a solution to saving them money and giving them great benefits.
    Enjoy our sales team enviroment

    Cons

Internal communication is lacking with some divisions and also from contractors
Dealing with the complaints from customers due to the call centre not been accessible (long waiting times to get through) My role is new business sales but oftern existing customers are involving me with fixing their problems.
Working expenses not fully reimbursed(mobile calls used for work but I am not reimbursed for those calls and yet I am expected to have my personal mobile available for work)
vehicle allowance doesn't cover the running cost of my car, especially with the expectation to attend 2 meetings per week in town(I'm 30kms out of town) as well as travel around in my territory area

    Advice to Management

Review internal systems, making sure all depts understand the importance of communicating and following through on issues that need to be resolved. There is sometimes a lack of ownership to sort out problems and it gets passed on to other channels to deal with instead.
