    Doesn't Recommend
    Negative Outlook
    No opinion of CEO

I have been working at Temple University (More than 3 years)

    Pros

A steady paycheck. You stay as long as you want. No one really wants to fire anyone for incompetence. A typical large institution type employer. If you are smart and keep away from politics, definitely good way to earn your way to retirement

    Cons

There isn't a lot of room for advancement. Don't expect any large bonus. Depending on your department, it could get a good boss and love your work or a bad one and get stuck. In general, I would say leadership needs more training on how to be a good manager
