I have been working at Temple University part-time

    Pros

This is a student position. It is relatively relaxed. They are understanding of the fact that the employees are students. The shifts are only about 3 to 4 hours, and I am usually able to get homework done.

    Cons

A con for me is that is can be a little boring. I am used to fast paced jobs, so sitting at a desk for three hours is sometimes torturous.

    Advice to Management

I think the management does a great job. I enjoy working with them.
