I have been working at Temple University full-time for more than 8 years

    Pros

Great community, great mission, and great benefits, including the healthcare and tuition remission.

    Cons

Low salaries. Your experience will depend on what you're doing and where you're doing it. Temple is like a city within a city, with a variety of colleges, units, and programs. Is your job a union job or not? Are you teaching, or an administrator? And so on.
