    Fast paced environment where you get to interact with lots of people. Everyday is different!

    Clear definition of roles, standard training

    Pros

    Team oriented, small company. Accessibility to upper management, not just another number in a large corporation. Room for growth. Company grows at fast rate, Loyalty pays off

    Cons

    Hard work- But some people like that
    Take a while to advance, but worth it when you do

    Continue to grow/learn so that your employees remain loyal and want to grow/learn with you.

    I have been working at Temporary Accommodations full-time

    Pros

    The people within the office are great to work with and be around. It's also such a great feeling to be able to help out so many families in their most time of need! TA also likes to promote within so there is room for growth.

    Cons

    The job can become stressful and heat breaking based on the type of loss the family encountered and if family members or pets were lost.

    It can take a long time to move up but when you do it is extremely worth it.

    I worked at Temporary Accommodations part-time

    Pros

    -A lot of free food parties provided by vendors
    -Free coffee (Keurig)
    -Decent wage/salary
    -Most of the people/coworkers were nice and company is generally pretty flexible
    -Working time were flexible (because hotel department is 24/7)

    Cons

    -Not a lot of room for advancement
    -Insurance plans/benefits were just meh
