I have been working at Teneo Holdings full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

    - Clients are second to none, and peerless access to decision-makers at clients .
    - Treated as a peer and colleague early, and given the opportunity to contribute as such
    - Great travel opportunities if you're on the right client
    - Staff are world-class and push you to go further

    Cons

    - Expectations are high, so if you can't meet them you won't last.
    - Work-life balance can be a challenge

I have been working at Teneo Holdings full-time

    Pros

Promotion is based on performance and work ethic as opposed to hierarchy
    Work is challenging and interesting
Smart, hard-working, fun group of people
Opportunity to take on more "senior" projects for more junior employees
Lots of responsibility and autonomy, even for more junior team members (some may not view this as a positive thing)
Good benefits, including generous maternity leave and good 401K plan

    Cons

    Long hours
You are expected to adapt and learn quickly
There is not a traditional, internal training program – the loose onboarding structure is not for everyone
Fast pace and high expectations from the get-go
Very competitive environment – but not for everyone

    Advice to Management

Continue to work on investing in your junior talent.

I worked at Teneo Holdings full-time

    Pros

Has some recognition, interesting clients, global reach.

    Cons

The junior staff is literally abused. If you want people to work over 15 hours a day they should be compensated appropriately. The level of micromanaging within the company is on another level. HR is a joke.

I worked at Teneo Holdings full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

401k is decent, though pretty standard. Snacks on occasion, Refrigerator is stocked with beverages, unlimited vacation/sick days (Though Senior Leadership frowns upon you taking it too often), Happy hour on occasion (sometimes about once a month)

    Cons

Micromanaging, zero room for growth, low salaries, terribly expensive health insurance, long work hours, politics play a major part (no surprise here), high turnover because of the above, Little benefits compared to how much money Senior Leadership is taking in,

    Advice to Management

Give junior staff the chance to grow and develop instead of only caring about how much you make and your success. It goes along way. Be a leader not a boss

I worked at Teneo Holdings full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

    Company events are fun sometimes...

    Cons

Low Salary, Micro Management, non stop work, no rewards, zero room for growth, terrible management, repetitive work, very cliquey, some employees work 14 hour days and get paid little to nothing, management gets away with treating employees very poorly. HR does nothing about this. A ton of politics.

    Advice to Management

Make new positions so that people can grow faster. All management cares about is the money the people at the top are making.

-Work is interesting, with well known diverse clients.
-You pick up a few skills useful along the way and connections
-Brand name is picking up rather quickly
-Lots of company events & lunches (quarterly).
-Eager to contribute back to the community

    Cons

-Very fast paced environment, with strong talent.
-Lack of admin help, with everything done practically solo

Invest more guidance to junior associates & staff.

    Pros

The Teneo internship provides great mentorship, training, and strong work experience. Teneo's internship program revolves around a culture of mentorship, where interns are assigned to a few point people who aimed to learn what the intern wanted to gain from the experience in terms of skills-building and expanding on their interests. There is a great culture of support, as people constantly are aiming to support interns' growth. The training Teneo provides was also great in that I learned new skills and how to apply them within the work I was doing. The people at Teneo also focus on incorporating an intern into the team, to ensure that they enjoyed the work they do and feel that they are a part of the process of finding solutions for a client. Overall, Teneo's focus on ensuring that the internship are a productive and positive experience for the interns is key to the program's success.

    Cons

It's what you make it, so people who aren't interested in working within a team would not thrive
