I have been working at Tenet Healthcare part-time for more than 5 years

    Pros

I work for an agency and I get paid top dollars as a CNA then other CNAs who work in the hospitals or for other agencies. I also get paid overtime, I only work one holiday per year, I don’t need to work every other weekends like most people who work in the hospital. I receive 401k, discounts of vacations, hotels, car rentals, theme parks for kids, iPhones, *weekly pay* and other specs.

    Cons

I’m per diem which means no health insurance or PTO.

    Disapproves of CEO

I have been working at Tenet Healthcare full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

Good Health Insurance, Some team members are very nice though the nicer they are - the less likely they will be successful.

    Cons

No diversity in the company whatsoever, any dissenting or conflicting opinion to leadership's thoughts or ideas are met with retaliation. If you are considered a high performer, company gives you a free pass to berate and attack team members without consequence. Any reporting to HR is met with flippancy and non-action.
