    Pros

    Good benefits and decent pay.

    Cons

Disorganized leadership, QA testing happens during go live, each team needs at least 1-2 more member(s), too many moving parts without adequate training. Now offshoring tons of jobs to save on costs.

I have been working at Tenet Healthcare full-time for more than 5 years

    Pros

Competitive Pay, Good Benefits if you work in the Dallas Office, others will have to fly there for treatment, as there are few plan-approved providers in other states.

    Cons

Outrageously abusive company constantly fires groups of staff then makes them re-appy for their jobs. Constantly being asked to "flex." Chronic responsibility without authority -- every task is a "Mother May I" or "Simon Says" to get to the next step, and all the while everyone wanted the task done yesterday.

    Advice to Management

Company to hire a third party Conflict Consulting firm where employees, as a last resort before quitting, can get an unbiased management expert involved to mediate inept management and workflow conflicts. All levels of management need to enroll in a rigorous time management course.
