Decent Pay until you figure out that outside employees get paid more for roles that inside employees were promoted to.

Management, Management, Management. There is either none or too much. When there is too much it is for the wrong reasons.

Union and decent pay for area. Nurses and CNA worked as team

Union did little for employees. Bad managers unwilling to help with staff shortages. Awful insurance
