Pros
Love my coworkers they are amazing.
Cons
Low pay. Long hours. If there is no work you will be flexed off and not get all your hours. Never feel appreciated. All about making money rather than focusing on patient care. I'd rather make my patients happy and comfortable than line the pockets of the overpaid upper management.

Pros
Doctors tend to be nice. Some of the staff sticks around. Patients are good people. Not under constant scrutiny from upper managementNot under constant scrutiny from upper managementNot under constant scrutiny from upper management.
Cons
The company took away 401k match, raises, and hours during covid for medical office employees. Equipment is old and out of budget for getting better things. Constantly under staffed and over worked. Upper management provides little to no positive reinforcement.

Cons
Management is made up of MBA and chronies in upper leadership

Pros
Salary, flexibility, and great coworkers.
Cons
Unexperienced managers. Upper management can be very condescending. There is a lot of favoritism and racism is so blunt. Not a very professional environment. If you disagree with what they say, you will be frowned on and treated unfairly.

Pros
I have a job to somewhat pay the bills. I know 2 amazing supervisors.
Cons
Where to start?: -lack of communication from upper management to worker bees -employees put their name on other's work and then claim as theirs and get promoted to a higher level of management even though they are highly unqualified -harassment is a daily occurrence -moral is down the drain -favoritism! -micromanagement -lack of consideration for team members that know what they are talking about -retribution/being forced to hate your job and leave -high turn over rate -unrealistic goals -no employee appreciation only tell you how bad everyone is doing -unethically asked to apply balances to patient responsibility when the EOB clearly defines otherwise. This can void a payer contract not to mention lead to litigation. -constantly being asked to perform another department's job -lack of training -long wait times to get your logins for all the systems you need access to -no consensus or general ground on any matter -no one is on the same page! -false management advertising; 'bringing up moral and doing more work events together' never happened -upper management hardly speaks to employees -HR is oblivious to what is around them; yet they are the only ones who listen if people weren't too scared of retribution

Pros
Great support from upper management team. Nice Tenet Perks..i.e. Labs and radiology company's/deductibles are waived if done at a tenet facility.
Cons
Benefits are expensive and the union keeps employees who are less than desirable in the staff and managements opinion.

Pros
Small hospital with feel of a family atmosphere among employees. Caring and skilled physicians.
Cons
Upper management is horrible. Money hungry, greedy management who lacks any concern for patient care. Not a place to work if you are a patient advocate.

Pros
The pay and the insurance is good
Cons
This may not be true across the board but at the Hilton Head Hospital location it's a very racist atmosphere. Nurses, physicians and guests turn up their noses to non white employees, and do not speak to them. Upper management including the 'chaplain' have looked me directly in my face and did not speak but spoke to the white employee behind me. First chance I'm getting I'm running away from Hilton Head Hospital
