Great company to expand your knowledge within various departments. Work life balance is a plus and women have the potential to move up quickly within the organization. Bonuses are great.
Cons
Leadership lacks cultural diversity, and they do not offer incentives to expand education (i.e: Lean six sigma, conferences). Insurance premiums continue to rise without pay increases.

Work is repetitive and sometimes meaningless and impact-less, just to follow your boss's order. Systems need some upgrade. Office politics. Lack of training, some management views training as waste of productive hours.
