    Very friendly work environment. Everyone was nice and always offered a helping hand when needed.

    Cons

    If you are not performing well, they will not tell you and end up not calling you for a second rotation.

    Advice to Management

    Would be better if you sat someone to the side and let them know what they're doing wrong and how they can get better.

    Casual work environment, flexible hours, good salary

    Cons

    Quality as a function is not respected, they're on an island. It's hard to get help because the quality function is non value add. Grass Lake is in the middle of nowhere.....

    Stop cutting jobs from the plants!

    Good experience as an intern . Good people to work with. Just be proactive so you are not stuck doing menial work.

    Cons

    As an intern you will be stuck doing menial work or nothing at all if you do not ask for more responsibility.
