    Positive Outlook

I have been working at Tennessee Board of Regents as a contractor (More than 3 years)

    Pros

The Tennessee Board of Regents consistently promotes training, especially with technology. They frequently invite groups there.

    Cons

There has been a lot of turnover in the last couple of years.

    Advice to Management

Due your due diligence for new hires, especially new management and administration. Make sure you get individuals who fit into the culture of the board and not just have the credentials.
