    Advice to Management

put some thought into effective TEAM/PROJECT on-boarding plan in opposed to displaying HR slides

I worked at Teranet full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Relaxed atmosphere, good colleagues and generous compensations

    Cons

    Not good at management
strange procedures and totally out of touch with outside world
Although the product is IT but this company has no experience in software delivery

    Advice to Management

some of the managers are totally disqualified (few are pretty good though).
higher management should do a better job of understanding which team is doing a quality job rather than counting the number of tasks assigned to a team. real good employees are not getting recognized and favoritism is rampant.
