It is gratifying to see you appreciated your team members and the compensation and benefits, although disappointing to read that you ultimately did not have a good experience. We are proud of our Advance field service representatives and feel we have a great team with strong, effective leadership. We wish for you to find continued success and a good fit in your next endeavors.

    Pros

    Cons

Working field service requires a lot of manipulation of customers. Company is NOT transparent!!! They offer "contracts" to customers stating "no travel" for inspections &/or repairs needed during inspections. That is a LIE!!! They actually have techs hide travel time in labor time!

    Terex Corporation Response

Thank you for your comments about working at Terex. We are very interested in helping individuals grow professionally. Going forward, we will be looking to formalize ways to recognize technicians as they develop their skills and gain more experience. Also, as the company grows (i.e. our announced merger with Konecranes) there may be even more opportunities for advancement in the future. Terex Human Resources
