    Freedom of schedule, competitive pay, annual reviews, tool allowance, profit sharing

    Cons

    zero advancement opportunities from this position, business segments do not communicate well, antiquated ERP software,new direct manager, poor safety record

    create an environment conducive to career advancement, make internal business easier to conduct across segments, retain top talent

    Pros

    Met many Great Great service techs.

    Cons

    Working field service requires a lot of manipulation of customers. Company is NOT transparent!!! They offer "contracts" to customers stating "no travel" for inspections &/or repairs needed during inspections. That is a LIE!!! They actually have techs hide travel time in labor time!
