I worked at Terex full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Great people. Good learning experience. Reasonable pay. People that try really hard can get rewarded.

    Cons

Turbulance = not knowing if you'll be laid off, doing the same job you applied for. Management has a tendency for not being aligned though they are each individually good people and good at what they do...there is a lot of ego involved. The culture is a mix of good and bad. People are great but general motto is that of, "why bother".

    Advice to Management

Align with each other more often, keep doing well at the safety culture but focus more on quality and accountability.

    Pros

Pretty decent development opportunities within and a good team collaboration environment. Plenty of vacation/sick time but it accrues as time goes on.

    Pros

    Fortune 500 company
Multiple business segments under one roof
Lots of cosmetic upgrades to the facility
    Four day work week

    Cons

    Poor upper-level management
Shift starts too early (attendance issues plant wide)
    Not enough focus on safety

    Advice to Management

Follow your daily metrics in the order of importance. Safety comes first for a reason. Also, don't be afraid to say "I don't know." Blurting out an answer just to have an answer confuses team members and generates unnecessary rumors. Report accurate data and make the team members feel valued.
