    Pros

Laid back, Good atmosphere, cool coworkers, descent pay.

    Cons

Minimal training, they preach training but only select few get factory training, safety goes out the door when the meeting is over, been asking for things to make our jobs safer for almost a year and yet to be seen even after a death in Texas. Constantly ordering wrong parts yet harping about to many hours on jobs but you get a machine tore down to find out you have the wrong parts and this happens every day.

    Advice to Management

Train all of your employees in the equipment they are working on , buy proper safety equipment, if your going to work on these newer machines then buy the right tools to get the job done quickly.
