    there really are no cons. however, if you are not prepared to work hard and perform at top level - you should not apply to work in one of their contact centers.

    I have been working at Terminix full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

    The pay, the people, and the supervisors. You will find that once you work your butt off and get promoted to the Inside Sales Team that you will make upwards of $2300-$3500 a month in the summer. Amazing extra cash.

    Cons

    Sales isn't for everyone! A lot of sticking to the script is required when fluidity of wording is far more engaging to ensure a sale. Stop thinking about the numbers and think about the delivery. Sales isn't hard-selling anymore - it's service!

    Get a more fair metric system.

    Pros

    The people and management you work with are amazing. They are very passionate about pest control services. They give training to their employees to make sure they are up to date on their products and services. They care about their employees' success by tracking your performance and work with you on how you can improve and reach your company goals.

    Cons

    Hence, the job title. you have to deal with inbound calls from customers who want to cancel their services. You have to hear customers' negativity all day which can drain you. Sometimes its not the whole day, but you do rely on your co workers to help with getting over it.
