    Pros

Benefits are decent Free Light Rail/RTD pass Payouts/Bonus

    Cons

No pay raises No sick time PTO takes too long to accumulate People that have been there for ages act like high school bullies There's always drama It appears that only some people are promoted because of who they know or because of their ethnicity. Not all trainers are illiterate, but it truly makes me wonder why a couple of them are even trainers. We recently had some training, and it was painful to watch one...

    Advice to Management

Hold people accountable for their actions. It's time to review those in leadership and training roles.

    Pros

Benefits are great, and have some awesome colleagues.

    Cons

Gossip, attendance policy is crap. Management also needs to be more professional. Training there is not the greatest!

    Advice to Management

Keep an eye on your department trainers. They don't even know what they are doing half the time.

I worked at Terumo BCT full-time for less than a year

    Pros

Respectful, encouraging and social working environment. Great benefits. (401K plan, Credit Union, competitive rates on medical insurance.) In-facility gym. Decent PTO. Tuition reimbursement.

    Cons

Low-pay comparing to the load of work you do. Repetitive work can get sometimes (or most of the time) boring.

I worked at Terumo BCT full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

Blood Technology manufacturer, helping to cure others and save lives, touching lives every 60 seconds around the globe. Former Top 10 Places to Work in Colorado. Full benefits. No experience necessary. High school or GED to apply.

    Cons

Enclosed, controlled environment. Bacteria monitored environment, small enclosed space with big amount of people. Very fast paced and competitive. Extensive training, months until certification. Repetitive work, could be long hours standing. 8 hour shifts, 5 days a week, long amount of time between breaks.

    Advice to Management

Managers have accomplished their achievements through hard work and determination. Crucial decision making, affects works productivity in everyway. My only advice is to maintain work morale by familiarizing oneself with the assembly workers and making executive decisions that will extensively benefit, the company, workers, and most importantly, the patients.

I have been working at Terumo BCT full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

Pay is above average, benefits are provided, and even pay tuition for school

    Cons

They are working to weave out people who are paid the previous amount, before they made the pay cut. They bully their employees. I had a medical issue that required me to get workmen's compensation, and They refused me, saying my medical issue was caused by Carpal tunnel (a medical issue they will not cover, Which was not the case) and kicked me out of the office management will bully people they don't like, and...

    Advice to Management

Rather than cutting everything and getting mad because Moral is at an all time low, realize if you want a good product, Stop cracking the whip, just because you can. Do things for the people that will make them want to work for you and give 150% raise moral Rather than scream and yell when people can't provide quality, like a prepubescent child, why don't you try to boost moral, so quality will come more natural, like...
