I worked at Terumo BCT full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

+ Pretty decent starting salary. + Pretty decent PTO amounts.

    Cons

    - V e r y s l o w m o v i n g to try to get new ideas implemented. - Puts out "engagement" surveys: 1) don't be fooled into thinking they are anonymous, 2) action is not going to come from the results anyway. - Make sure you have your PC (political correct) vocabulary down pat.

    Terumo BCT Response

July 23, 2019Associate and Community Communications

We appreciate your feedback and are glad that you felt you were compensated fairly. Our engagement surveys are anonymous and without free-form text field responses the ability to identify the respondent is further reduced. We are sorry to hear that you don’t think actions were taken as a follow up. Each leader has the responsibility to review the results and collectively formulate action plans, yet we realize that there may be pockets of the organization where action planning and follow through is better than others. We make our best effort to provide resources and communicate expectations with managers and we continue to strive to ensure that associates’ voices are heard and responded to.
