    Pros

    - Competitive pay - Good values, patient centric. Gives your work a sense of meaning - Some folks are smart, hardworking and truly committed to working as a team and helping accomplish our end goal. - Flexible working hours - Company as a whole has a lot of great potential for growth. - Interesting technology - Company is headed in the right direction - Engaged global Regulatory team. Cons

-The company is pretty good overall, benefits are not as competitive with industry standards. - Archaic. Lot of people have been with the company since it started, some are just waiting to retire. - Highly political environment - Regulatory management is uniquely talented in driving away great employees. A handful of favorites are chosen, kept in the loop and, listened to, while the rest are sidelined. There seems...

    Advice to Management

Stop driving good people away. Count all the things you're doing right and do more of that.

I worked at Terumo BCT full-time

    Pros

A reputable company in a great industry to be in. I also liked the senior executives.

    Cons

Departments work in silos, even different marketing departments. There was also a lot of turnover in my department, but I only worked in one part of marketing.

    Advice to Management

Be more careful about who you hire, increase collaborations between marketing and sales teams, and try to learn more about your target audiences.

I worked at Terumo BCT for more than a year

    Pros

Great work environment Good pay Good facilities

    Cons

It really depended on what team you got on. Some managers were supportive and great to work for and some were disinterested and difficult. A lot of people don't end up doing the type of work that interests them or they studied for (ChemE's, ME's, or EE's could all fall under software for example)

    I worked at Terumo BCT

    Pros

TerumoBCT is an excellent company. They value their employees and provide a great work life balance. The environment is terrific. I would recommend the company to job seekers that are interested in working in the Lakewood area of Denver. The job site is also within walking distance of the light rail. TerumoBCT is a very warm and friendly atmosphere. The job site has a substantial cafeteria that serves all three shifts.

    Cons

The location of the job site is not central to Denver. Many employees commute 2 to 3 hours per day.

I worked at Terumo BCT full-time for more than a year

    Pros

Pay was good, newer employees were all very friendly.

    Cons

Lack of structure, minimal training, undefined authority, management rarely followed through on what they said they would do. Most long term employees seemed catty and cliquish. Didn't gain any useful experience.

    Advice to Management

Middle management is not effective and seems to spend more time socializing than doing actual work.

    Pros

great team, really smart people decent pay, free gym, free parking, subsidized healthy cafeteria good infrastructure

    Cons

smaller organization processes move slowly- too slowly sometimes

    Advice to Management

I have been working at Terumo BCT full-time for less than a year

    Pros

Benefits are great, and have some awesome colleagues.

    Cons

Gossip, attendance policy is crap. Management also needs to be more professional. Training there is not the greatest!

    Advice to Management

Keep an eye on your department trainers. They don't even know what they are doing half the time.
