    Pros

    Good Health benefits, 3 weeks vacation, unlimited sick leave

    Cons

    heavy FDA regulations create large layer of people dedicated to useless procedures

    I worked at Terumo BCT full-time for more than a year

    Pros

    Work one day from home a week. Good facilities except for cubicles. Two breakfast/lunch facilities on-site (although food is not that healthy or available for those with sensitivities). Gym on site. Light rail station. You can be half invested, disgruntled, and never worry about losing your job. The potential for large multinational projects.

    Cons

    Why are people writing so many bad reviews? It looks on the surface like an awesome company. It feels great when you apply here. They sell it well. Then you dive in and work really hard on a project. Soon you start to feel weird about your place within the company. Management very rarely ever takes your advice, even though you were hired BECAUSE of your industry experience. The company is risk-adverse. Innovation...

    Advice to Management

    Learn to lead. Stop managing. You have sanitized your workplace to the point of making it bland. Your balanced scorecard initiatives are not making you an industry leader or market success. You think that if you are successful then your employees will feel or buy into your success. Learn to make your employees be and feel successful. Get rid of the nearly all of the entire IT upper management. They are so bad at...
