    Pros

Great Pay for similiar jobs at other companies
    Benefits are good
Lots of options to move around the company because of back filling all the people that leave, people move around all the time and never do the same job very long...this is also a con because no one really masters what they are doing.
Good Social Responsibility, lots of options to volunteer
Focus on healthy living, gym available, fitness classes, etc.

    Cons

No work/life balance, it is hard to take any of the vacation they give you.

TURNOVER: should have been a huge red flag to me. No one stays here more than 2-3 years, if that. Some new people are around from growth, but the large majority are from filling all the people that quit. So many people leave every week, most folks are numb to the news that someone left.

Horrible communication. It is almost impossible to get help or information from anyone. Everyone is too busy. On a personal note, the social communication is next to nothing. No one knows anything about each other's personal lives/situation...they don't care, no one talks to each other at the office, not many people go to lunch together. It is a weird office dynamic in that regard.

    Advice to Management

stop being so immune to bad managers that do not have any leadership capabilities. Need to focus on retaining employees, rather than a constant revolving door!

I have been working at Tesco Corporation full-time

    Pros

Pay is competitive within oil and gas industry and benefits are good.

It is very easy to get promoted within 2-3 years, sometimes even less.

    Company is very safety conscious.

    Cons

Lots of processes to get anything done thus making one's work harder than it actually is.

Turnover rate is relatively high within company, thus promotions are due to back-filling. This leads to people not being experienced with their job.

Lack of communications between different departments.

    Lack of training within organization.

    Advice to Management

Less micromanaging and processes. Need to retain and develop current employees rather than constantly hiring new ones.

I have been working at Tesco Corporation full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

Mostly good, knowledgeable people to work with. Decent benefits for a manufacturing company.

    Cons

Lack of communication across different departments. Even though they claim otherwise, management is unwilling to change and adapt to new ideas. Some processes can be simplified to help things get done quicker and more efficiently. Too many unrealistic promises made to customers by management and salesforce.

    Advice to Management

Management needs to be more engaged with their employees and better understand their needs. Communication needs to be better. Need stronger, transparent leadership that isn't afraid to admit their mistakes (hello ESI-1000, Catwalks).

    Pros

Good 401K match with great benefits. Time off usually isn't an issue.

    Cons

Upper management is out of touch with what really occurs at the local level. Company does not place high value on employees who have worked their way up in the ranks. Company places too high of a value on pedigrees rather than actual job experience and ability to do the job competently.

    Advice to Management

Reward the hard working employees you already have and stop looking for a new widgets elsewhere. Develop the talent you have and give back to the employees.

I have been working at Tesco Corporation full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Knowledgeable technicians and flexible work schedule. I enjoyed working in the field with no supervision and being trusted to complete tasks with trust. Pay is very competitive.

    Cons

Business is very up and down meaning you never know when you might have long periods of time with no work or pay. Training is still being developed and not up to par with the demands of the job.

    Advice to Management

Focus on sustaining the company and less on developing different services that technicians have little or no knowledge of.

    Advice to Management

How about more of a set schedule. On 3 weeks off 1 or something of that nature to plan activities with the family.
