    I worked at Tescra full-time

    Pros

Nothing as pros. If you dont want to work then it is the best company for you. Company culture is people roaming around here and there. More like a fish market then an office.

    Cons

Pathetic management. Needs understanding of management first. Very very lucky to survive in this competitve market. It is a job consultancy. Nothing is there as mentioned in website. Everything is fake.

    Advice to Management

Consider calling it what it is- A job consultancy. Dont give it fancy names and cheat people.

    I worked at Tescra full-time

    Pros

If you ready to work as slave for money join here.

    Cons

Management does not know how to manage projects..
It is better to accept offer from glossary store instead working at tescra..
This company is unethical from head to toe. So beware of any career move for such company'
Worst work culture and high Unethical behavior. A single Manager of compnay thinks himself knows everything. Does not respect employees.
No positive thing about the company. They only make false promises with people at the time of interview and once you are in with one year bond you will start feeling cheated.
After project ends management start giving notice for employees to leave company without salary.
& No guarantee that the salary will credit every month.
No HR policies, no rights for HR to take decisions as their own.
No technical management.no proper assignments. It is waste of time working here.

I have been working at Tescra full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Good money , You will get paid timely and can easily make more money than any developer with similar number of years of experience . You get a lot of exposure dealing with seasoned staffing professionals, US clients etc which I think is not that common in IT companies. The appraisals are BLACK and WHITE , if you have the numbers by your side you WILL get what your deserve

    Cons

Nothing much. but need to look on some policy.

    Advice to Management

should be more motivating..and setting examples.. show us growth prospects
