I worked at Tetra Tech full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

    Good benefits and reasonable pay.

    Cons

Tetra tech does not care about their people and anyone below Vice President level is considered disposable. All that matters to them is their egos and the bottom line even if the project suffers and good people lose their jobs. They do not honor their employment agreement letters (not a contract) and utilize the "at will" clause in the law to fire and layoff employees. Bottom line is that upper management only cares about their bonuses and promotions. This is a terrible place to work.

    Advice to Management

Learn quickly to value the people who get the work done or soon Tetra tech will a complete failure. Ethics and honesty must be embraced and enforced at all levels.
