SLT needs to be refreshed. Multiple SLT have been in position for more than 15 years. No fresh eyes have looked at the company from within the walls of the plant. All SLT is on a power play, do not go against them because they will slow your career growth within the company and only grow the people in their clique.

Unhealthy work-life balance that employees experience. They expect you to be consistently present, even during emergencies. Quick to terminate without notice or any warnings. This company resorts to tactics like deducting final worked hours and falsely claiming negative PTO hours as a means to avoid paying employees.
