    Pros

Well they chased out the BS, It's about time. The BS made a lot of long term good employees leave. I guess it goes to show what goes around comes around .

    Cons

HR backed the BS IN RA post approval , and many are vindicated now because the BS is gone now.

    Advice to Management

Be careful who you make Senior Directors, it might be BS

    Cons

Middle and upper management out of touch with what it takes to get projects done. There was a lack of support for proper planning and implementation

    Advice to Management

Site management should stop the heavy corporate influences. Site management should start listening to the employees who know how to get things done

I worked at Teva Pharmaceuticals (More than 8 years)

    Pros

A strong company with top level benefit package. Resources are available for training on job skills, cGMP practices, FDA and DEA regulations. Work areas are clean and well organized, utilizing 5s program. The present Plant Manager is showing promise for a more stable future at the Forest Va. plant.

    Cons

There are too many distractions, caused by corporate downsizing in the facility. Corporate has changed the leadership team out many times in the recent past, causing a lack of stability. The work load is overwhelming, with a ton of overtime.

    Advice to Management

Utilize the strengths, and knowledge of the employees. Try to utilize equipment assets in the plant. Encourage ownership in all areas of the facility.

    Cons

Allow execs to run amok. Micro managers are allowed to stifle employee creativity

    Advice to Management

Execs that deliver while leaving misery in their wake are not good for employee engagement and retention. It's possible to do amazing things while treating employees well.
