    Pros

The management is exceptional. The corporate culture is like a family. They invest in their employees personal and professional growth.

    Cons

Problems with pipeline of products. Had a product pulled from the market and one not make it to market. Put company in layoff situation.

    Advice to Management

Keep investing in the employees. Longevity comes with mutual respect and personal and professional growth.

I have been working at Teva Pharmaceuticals full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

Teva constantly stress a work-family balance, and management really cares about you as a person. For a huge organization it is surprising how senior management actually knows who you are and what you do.

    Cons

Layoffs at Teva are usually rare, but this year 2017 has been unusually harsh, and was taken with as much consideration to people as was possible.

    Advice to Management

    Stay the coarse!

    Pros

Not a bad wage due to unsociable hours worked.

    Cons

Unsociable hours, dead end job, management has no idea yet is happy to pass on blame to employees in lower positions.

    Advice to Management

It helps to leave the comfort of your office every now and then to observe what is going on on the production lines.

I worked at Teva Pharmaceuticals full-time (More than 8 years)

    Pros

People, Volunteer Opportunities with the community, basically the workers not upper management

    Cons

Management team will find ways to devalue your input on a regular basis if you do not conform to their way of thinking. One main example if you know more than management in Overland Park Office -Pharmacy, Marketing, Patient Services will in turn flag you as a person that is hard to work with or basically label you. They are also good at making up lies against you and have everyone believing the lies. They are very bold and with the help of HR to have you black balled to hamper growth and development. One person in particular does not know anything and constantly receives promotions. People that have degrees have to report to people who only have either a high school degree or working towards a degree. They will constantly give incorrect information to HR but since they worked there for over 10 years who will HR believe. DOL and EEOC should have been called years ago to investigate employee records but if management already lied on you and HR has accepted what can these government agencies really do. They give promotions to people who worked there for years who has no clue in market access, reimbursement, research, or pharmacy practices. If you get in a room and ask the current management staff questions and policies on how things work could not tell you. They will huddle together to get their stories correct then let you know the answer. Just remember management staff at the very top level you have been lied to all the time on what goes on in that Midwest office.

    Advice to Management

Unmask the horrible working conditions in Patient Services, Market Access and Pharmacy- basically the entire office in Overland Park for their overt and covert dealing with workers growth and development. It is very harm to fathom how an Israeli company can have so much rampant racism against minorities and gays go unchecked and still survive as a company that states inclusion. The diversity and inclusion department is a real joke basically at every company because HR and managers really run the operation across the board at all pharmaceutical companies.
