    I really appreciate the learning environment, regardless of position. Everyone is willing to help you get where you want to go.

    Cons

    Can be micro managing in areas. This leads to a lack of trust in some situations. For a young employee, it creates doubt where there should not be doubt.

    If you can, trust your employees. It will help them to trust themselves and grow.

    Great school with great people. The education is affordable and the quality of education is outstanding. Great opportunities for internships if you are a student at Mays Business School.
