      Pros

Great company to work for. All the managers are nice, understanding, patient. Especially the area manager Mike Bradshaw. He will help you reach your full potential in this company and he understands that there needs to be a balance between home and work life. This company takes care of their employees from the benefits to the time off to the current situation at hand. During this COVID 19 the company is doing an awesome job letting us work limited hours for our full pay, well as making sure we are up to date with all safety precautions. They are truly awesome

      Cons

6 day work week. Required Saturday’s

      Pros

The company treats you like family. Everyone work close together from area managers, branch managers & sales reps No one is treated unfair everyone is an equal. The company loves to promote from within so if you’re looking for a stable company with growth that’s like family this is definitely the place to work

      Cons

At times (busy season) you work 6 days a week, but it’s not bad. No cons really.

      Pros

The customers are great, as well as co workers. Vacation- trust me, you'll need it.

      Cons

6 day work week. NO work, life balance. Not very understanding. Things change every other week and it doesn't get passed down very well. Be prepared to never know if you're doing the right thing.

      Pros

when they aren't tied up with bogus clerical work for historical data requested by "corporate" - your area managers really truly care about the organization, employees and customers. it shows as they work thier butts off to ensure everything goes well - it feels good to have that kind of backing when you know they work hard, makes you want to work hard along side of them!!!

      Cons

yeah yeah its a 6 day work week - but all the cons are overweighted by the benefits of being a full time employee here - even our medical benefits out weigh what other families/friends are paying monthly and/or for incidentals. there really isnt anything bad to say except the way higher up corp people seem to not give those area managers enough credit or pay

      Cons

      - 6 day work week - Only 2 people per branch, so if someone quits or calls in sick, you are stuck working all day - Base pay is on the lower side
