I have been working at Texas Department of Criminal Justice

    Pros

Good benefits plenty of leave, but it is sometiimes difficult to take the leave. I have over 900 hours....see what i mean?

    Cons

Disorganized in alot of its procedures. Backwards want po to work harder not smarter. We are placed in very dangerous situations with no buddy system and you have to arm yourself. No arrest authority.
