      Pros

Good benefits. nice co-workers and sometimes they are willing to teach you about your benefits and how to use them to your advantage

      Cons

You work 48 hours a week and it seems that the only way to find out about your benefits is by speaking to your coworkers - there really isn’t an employee handbook on how time taken off works. You don’t get a yearly raise
