Great benefits, amazing schedule and flexibility. Very friendly staff and a lot of knowledgeable staff members to learn from.
Cons
It’s a state job, salary typically is lower than other employers. They compensate salary for benefits. If you want a higher salary, then you’ll have to jump to another position or another agency.
