Pros
Good work, good pay, flexibility, make your own schedule and be your own boss.
Cons
Haven’t worked long enough to have any downsides, I get to be at home with kids and that’s whAt matters
- Former Employee★★★★★
Pros
Flexible schedule allowed me to continue school while working part time. Great benefits and plenty of paid time off.
Cons
Horribly boring. Gross fluorescent lights. The elevators and always breaking and there is a story every month of someone else getting stuck in the elevator.

Great benefits, amazing schedule and flexibility. Very friendly staff and a lot of knowledgeable staff members to learn from.
Cons
It’s a state job, salary typically is lower than other employers. They compensate salary for benefits. If you want a higher salary, then you’ll have to jump to another position or another agency.

Cons
There are no cons. I really enjoy working here

Great company to work for!

Friendly coworkers, easy going atmosphere, casual dress, decent benefits, flexible schedule, hybrid work from home schedule, having your own office for the times you need to be in office. 401K, pension.
Cons
We should be given the option to Work from Home 100% of the time or do a Hybrid work schedule. The pay is on the lower end for this position as well as other positions within TDI. You don't get performance review or cost of living raises, (which would greatly help ease the burden of the constantly rising prices of everything we need everyday, esp'ly gas).
