    I was given a project to work on by myself. No hovering or supervision. I did have access to information when needed. Great work/life balance

    No annual merit increases, must pass 8 insurance designation exams with in 3 years with no pay increases for extra work.

    Of course it depends on department, but I love my immediate managers and the executive management as they are considerate of work/life balance.

    Downtown commute Pay is lower than public sector
