I have been working at Texas Dow Employees Credit Union full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Great products to sell, they sell on its own since people love credit unions. Building relationship is what matters, and the main concept of the company is great. If all branched would follow the CEO's concept of working this company would be much better.

    Cons

management is very awful, they discriminate over minorities, old system and work all over town, need to cover at other branches, Sugarland, and even Lake Jackson 1hr away from Houston.

    Advice to Management

high, very high turn over since management seems to not get it together, and they talk to you like a dog in some cases, that's why Sugarland employees all left at the same time, and other branches like Tanglewood also experience the something.
