    Flexible schedule. Allows for personal and profession growth. There are many different certifications you can get at this job, just have to ask your boss more about it.

    You have to place yourself into projects and be proactive if you want to learn more and be successful.

    Excellent health benefits and retirement benefits. Professional work environment. Noble Agency Mission which makes you feel like a part of a bigger picture and effort. The agency is part of the A&M 'system' which offers many employment opportunities.

    Cons

    No defined rubrics for advancement. The pay for many technical positions does not compare to the pay offered by companies in the larger cities in Texas.
