    Pros

    Can be rewarding. Great opportunity to continue education. Tuition reimbursement, 401K retirement benefits and employer match program, healthcare benefits, 3 days required work.

    Cons

    Coworkers can be cliqueish, better health benefits elsewhere, clinical leaders are more focused on toking good rather than patient interest, noted for bullying.

    Advice to Management

    Keep much better check on employees during hours where they do not expect to see management for these are the hours that unfair treatment are dished out on newer less established employee's. .
