Horrible salary. Good benefits, however the cost for benefits is extremely high. Your check suffers a great deal. No career advancement unless you switch departments

There is a lack of balance when it comes to the work. Also, when an important position is vacant, they don't rush to fill it but instead, put that position's responsibilities kn someone else and expects that person to deal with it.
