Benefits: Employer paid health insurance. Employer matched Retirement contribution. Time off (once able to be used). Holidays off. Being able to actually help those in need. Potential to work remotely (after a year). Potential for a flexible schedule (after a year). Internal promotions- they are great about promoting within the organization!
Cons
Pay is low. Automatic Texas Retirement contribution from your checks off the top (can’t opt out). It’s a lot of work and micromanagement. They are big on numbers (how many cases you complete). The organization as a whole feels disorganized and things seem to be over-complicated at times.
- Current Employee★★★★★
Pros
Work from home, decent salary
Cons
Tons of stress added daily, rarely get raises.
- Current Employee, more than 3 years★★★★★
Pros
Good to get experience but definitely a career. Holidays off.
Cons
You have quotas for how many cases you work in a day. This job is not for everyone and you cannot shut your mind off once you clock out! MANDATORY OVERTIME and SATURDAYS!
