Pros
I loved working here because they have great supervisors
Cons
I do not have any cons for this company
- Former Employee, less than 1 year★★★★★
Pros
State benefits are really nice
Cons
Non stop customer service type job for SNAP, TANF, and Medicaid recipients. Get ready to constantly repeat yourself with customers because they don't accept no and there's no reasoning with them either.

To become a successor of the position. To achieve the highest goals and standards. To display and present your company to its fullest.

- Current Employee, more than 1 year★★★★★
Pros
Great people to work with !
Cons
Benefits with the State could be better , but they do pay for employee. Family rates are expensive.
- Former Employee, more than 1 year★★★★★
Pros
Secured Job, great benefits, paid vacation, good place to start career, helping the people who genuinely needs the benefit.
Cons
Mandatory deduct salary towards retirement, low salary, nonstop working stressful place, no growth opportunity.
Continue reading - Current Employee, more than 3 years★★★★★
Pros
Most holidays off, helping people in need.
Cons
Management is selected based on who you know, not what you know. No work/life balance. I experience very low employee morale in my local office. Also, each office has their own set of local office procedures, so some reviews of how an office works, may not apply to your particular office location.

Pros
Enjoys helping some of the clients that really needed the assistance.
Cons
Too many chiefs and not enough Indians. The office I worked at supervisors micromanaged every single thing you did, you couldn't even go to the restroom without them going looking for you. You can forget about raises they come maybe once every two years and it's only about $0.75.
- Current Employee, less than 1 year★★★★★
Pros
Very great environment and management. Coworkers make it easy to be there.
Cons
The salary is very minimum
- Former Employee, less than 1 year★★★★★
