    Low workloads, insurance is great but so would paying me enough to afford to live here.

    Cons

    Literally nothing to do, so underpaid. Good enough for government work is too prevalent. Don’t allow fully remote.

    very poor staffing and doing the work of multiple other people due to the ongoing staffing situation. Very unfair standards across departments.

    Upper management were approachable an supportive. Seemed to have a true open door policy.

    Cons

    Training was almost non existent. Assigned to people who clearly knew their stuff, but either were extremely busy or not very good at explaining.
