    Pros

    Low workloads, insurance is great but so would paying me enough to afford to live here.

    Cons

    Literally nothing to do, so underpaid. Good enough for government work is too prevalent. Don’t allow fully remote.

    HHSC has great medical coverage for employees and dependents, 401K, and pension.

    Cons

    Salaries are not competitive with healthcare industry. We lose great applicants due to uncompetitive salaries.
